This is how it all started…

Our friendship began at the age of 4, but it wasn’t until college at the University of Northern Iowa that we truly reconnected. We were in a business class when, on a whim, we decided we should study abroad together. That spontaneous idea led us to Florida International University through the National Student Exchange program, where we discovered a world of new cultures, perspectives, and experiences. Surrounded by friends from all over the globe, we realized that travel was something we wanted to pursue together—and that living a healthy lifestyle could be part of every adventure.

Since then, we’ve explored places like Miami, Texas, and Norway, always prioritizing wellness as we go. Our travels have inspired us to share our experiences with others, blending our love for exploration with a commitment to living well on the road. We’re excited for all the journeys ahead and can’t wait to bring you along for the ride!
