Running Influencers You Should Follow

In today’s digital age, it is easy to find like-minded influencers that inspire positive change in the world. Throughout this post, I will highlight my favorite running influencers that have elevated the sport and built large communities for good.

Reneé Noe: From Novice to Marathoner

Reneé only began running a few years ago and has gained a large following for her authenticity. She is known for her bright colored outfits, which resemble her energetic personality. Reneé highlights the importance of community and support in the running world. To contribute, she has made an all-girls running club that meets in various states. Her continuous dedication to growing the sport has inspired many girls to lace up their shoes and hit the road running!

Lizzie Ramey: The Hybrid Athlete

Lizzie Ramey is a devoted cross-training athlete who shows her community that one can be strong AND fast. Her well-rounded approach to fitness calls attention to the importance of having a versatile strength schedule to support running performance. Recently, she completed her first ever Hyrox race which challenged her and took her out of her comfort zone. However, she noted that she has fallen in love with this new avenue of racing and will be training for more in the future. By diversifying her training, Lizzie demonstrates how runners can build overall endurance and become more resilient to change!

Gabby Averill: Documenting the Everyday Runner

Gabby shares her real-life training, struggles, and triumphs within running. Additionally, Gabby has shared that she trains through the Runna App and prefers a guided plan to keep her on track. I find her relatable because she is a college student who enjoys routine and finds time for hobbies. She is a strong advocate that anyone can be a runner, which is where I take a lot of inspiration from. Gabby emphasizes that speed/time does not define a runner and encourages inclusivity in her community. Moreover, she displays that consistency and enjoyment are key to maintain active in the sport. Overall, Gabby encourages runners to find their own pace and embrace it!

Isabelle Jensen: Promoting Wellness and Entrepreneurship

Isabelle showcases her love for running with her positive and upbeat videos. Running provides an outlet of wellness and business for Isabelle. She is the founder of Ivory Belle (a clothing brand) and Friday Wellness Co. Friday Wellness is focused on creating hydration packets to fuel active lifestyles. Isabelle curates her content around her businesses, fitness, and personal time to influence others to maximize their own 24 hours while chasing their dreams!

Lexi Watts: Style in Motion

Lexi is known for her speed and dedication to training even in the harshest conditions. She grabs attention by running in shorts in the cold Utah winter. Furthermore, she posts her workouts, personal bests, and routine for staying motivated in the sport. Lexi loves running with her friends, highlighting the companionship that comes from sharing the journey with fellow runners. Her content blends athleticism with fashion, inspiring runners to look and feel their best!
