Hello! I am a Maddie Brouwer – optimistic and adaptable leader passionate about team development and operational efficiency in entertainment venues. I am a junior at the University of Northern Iowa studying as a double major in Management: Business Administration and Marketing: Advertising and Digital Media.
My career started in 2019 at Adventureland Park (Iowa), but I truly found my passion when I stepped into my leadership role in my second season as well as starting my role as a Student Event Manager at the Gallagher Bluedorn Performing Arts Center (Iowa). With experience in both frontline and management positions—I’ve seen firsthand how effective leadership, thoughtful management, and team dynamics can completely reshape a workplace. Through years of working in fast-paced environments, I’ve developed an understanding of what makes teams work and how to inspire people to do their best work.
