Whether is be durning a meeting, group project, or a moment where silence is easier then confront confrotning the problem, choosing to speak up takes courage. It is a simple but incredibly inportant quality of leadership that often goes unoticed.

Vacations test pateince. Between planning, personalites, and unexpcected changes, things don’t always go smoothly. But if you are the one keeping things lightheated, problem solving on spot, or dealing with chnaged so others can relac. That’s leadership.
