Ever since I was a little girl, I found a passion behind the business atmosphere. I like the idea of helping individuals, guiding them in the right direction, and ensuring that all of the details within a job meet a high standard. Although being a leader has always felt natural to me, I believe there is always room for improvement, which is why I want to explore more about leadership styles, and the passion behind strong leaders.

What I Want to Gain

In a simplistic world, powerful leaders are classified as those who are passionate enough to make a change in themselves, in their community, and within this world by stepping outside of their comfort zone.

I wish to explore the impact that leaders have in our society, how they can improve, and whether or not the majority of them are in their leadership roles for the right reasons.
