about me

My name is Kait and I have been crocheting for 9 years. My grandma originally taught me the art, but I did not stick to it until I was 12 years old. I specialize in tapestry crochet and accessories.

My grandma was the one who introduced me to the art I love. She passed away in 2018, just as my skills were beginning to grow. For a long time, it was difficult to continue my work because I had tied it so closely to her. But over time, I’ve come to see my art as an extension of hers—a way to carry her legacy forward.

To me, crochet is more than just a craft; it’s both an art form and a skill passed down through generations. Every piece tells a story, reflecting not only the artist’s intent but also the techniques and traditions of those who came before them.
