    Hey everybody! This week, I am discussing conflicts in the workplace! Conflicts are disagreements that come from differences in opinions or perspectives. But are all conflicts bad? Absolutely not. Let’s discuss further… There are two types of conflicts: constructive and deconstructive. Constructive Conflicts Constructive conflicts, according to Peaceful Leaders Academy, are “not about avoiding disagreements but embracing them with a solution-focused mindset.” These conflicts are beneficial ones.
