Hey everyone! With only 2 weeks left in the semester, this will be the final blog post for Her Leadership Mindset. I have gained so much knowledge from creating this blog, which I hope I was able to share with you as well. Her Leadership Mindset also gave me many opportunities that I probably would not have had without it. From interviewing different businesswomen to widening my knowledge about the topics I wrote about, I loved getting the experience. I want to make this final post a thank you to everyone who read my posts, shared my content, and supported me through this semester. You all truly made a difference.
Because of you, I was able to get close to my project goals for the project, write about something I love, and share that passion with you all. I hope I was able to share my knowledge of leadership with you and empower you to lead to your best ability. Remember, you do not need a formal title to be considered a leader; you just need to influence those around you! One of my favorite quotes I found this semester is “If you think you are leading and turn around to see no one following you, then you are just taking a walk,” by John C. Maxwell.
