Ingredients: 

  • 1-2 sweet potatoes 
  • 1 pound of ground beef 
  • 2-3 avocados 
  • Cottage cheese 
  • Hot honey 

How To Make: 

  1. Wash and rinse sweet potato; cut up into bite sized pieces (I usually leave the skin on) 
  2. Drizzle olive oil and coat them in your choice of seasonings 
  3. Throw them into the air fryer at 400 degrees around 20 minutes (just stir them up here and there) 
  4. As those are cooking put a pan on the stove at medium high eat and drizzle a bit of olive oil on there 
  5. Add your ground beef to the pan and add seasonings of your choice; stir the meat up continuously till you can’t see any more pink 
  6. Once both the sweet potato and meat are done cooking start assembling your bowl 
  7. Add a scoop of sweet potato, scoop of ground beef, half a cut up avocado, and a scoop of cottage cheese; then drizzle hot honey to top it off
