How To Make:

- Drizzle olive oil and coat them in your choice of seasonings
- Throw them into the air fryer at 400 degrees around 20 minutes (just stir them up here and there)
- As those are cooking put a pan on the stove at medium high eat and drizzle a bit of olive oil on there
- Add your ground beef to the pan and add seasonings of your choice; stir the meat up continuously till you can’t see any more pink
- Once both the sweet potato and meat are done cooking start assembling your bowl
- Add a scoop of sweet potato, scoop of ground beef, half a cut up avocado, and a scoop of cottage cheese; then drizzle hot honey to top it off
