  • 1 1/2 cup of flour (any flour of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup of protein powder (60g)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cup mashed overripe bananas
  • 1/2 protein yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free maple syrup or honey
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Chocolate chips (optional) or any other topping

How to Make:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees; spray a 9×5 loaf pan and line the bottom with parchment paper
  2. Start adding all of your dry ingredients into a bowl (flour, protein powder, baking powder & soda, salt, and cinnamon)
  3. Next add all the wet ingredients to that same bowl (bananas, yogurt, syrup/honey, water, vanilla extract)
  4. Then add your favorite mix-in, mine would have to be mini chocolate (semi-sweet) chips
  5. Make sure all ingredients are mixed together well and add it to your pan
  6. Place in oven for 40 minutes and turn off the oven (let it sit in there for five more minutes before taking it out)
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes, then take a knife around the edges to place on a plate
