Protein Coffee ~ KickStart Your Morning

Follow Along Step-by-Step With Me:)
  • 10 oz. of Coffee (typically use black coffee)
  • ½ cup of Milk (I use either almond or oat milk) 
  • Full scoop of  any flavor of Protein Powder (I use half scoop of vanilla, half scoop of chocolate) 
  • Creamer of your choice (I use Chobani Sweet Cream creamer)
  • Blender 

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. Start by grabbing a cup preferably around 32 oz. to hold all your ingredients and fill it up almost completely with ice.
  2. Then start brewing your coffee of choice in a separate cup (I use a Keurig coffee maker). For this recipe you’ll need around 10 oz. of coffee!
  3. While your coffee is brewing, grab your blender and add in ½ a cup of your choice of milk; then add in your scoop of protein powder (any flavor!!!)
  4. Take your hot coffee and pour it into your cup full of ice (should have plenty of room to add your protein mixture)
  5. Once your protein powder and milk are blended to a liquid consistency, you’ll take it and pour it right on top of the coffee and give it a good mix!
  6. (OPTIONAL) You should still have a little room left in your cup if not take a little drink to give yourself some room for some creamer. Add a splash of your favorite creamer and enjoy!!
