Why am I passionate about coffee?
Coffee is my favorite thing. It has brought me so much joy. I dream about getting to wake up and drink coffee each night. Coffee shops have given me a space to study, a spot for relationships to foster, a place of work, and professional goals of running one on my own someday. Some of the best moments in life happen when I am sitting down and sipping on a latte.
There is a lot behind the scenes when making espresso and the science of it all. It is much more than a cup of coffee but a fine art. You need to know what order to create a latte, how to pull a shot, recipes for homemade syrups. The list goes on.
