Dare to be you: Inner Confidence

kresseri

How does one have such an abundance of confidence? Believe it or not but you create your own confidence. We are going to talk about different avenues of confidence and the art of being confident with whatever you are doing in life.

Daily Affirmations for Confidence 📖

Every day, I remind myself that I am my OWN hype squad, channeling my inner “baddie” as I walk into any room. I’m a masterpiece in progress, evolving one day at a time. Rome was not built in one day, and neither can confidence. When self-doubt creeps in, I turn “I can’t” into “I got this!” and sidestep comparison because my uniqueness is my superpower. My voice matters, and I proudly share my story, embracing my quirks. I attract positivity and good vibes, celebrating every win—big or small—with a happy dance. I am a work in progress, and that’s perfectly okay; I’m here for the journey, not just the destination!

Don’t Look/Compare Your Confidence to Others🙅‍♀️

For years I would sit back and compare myself to everyone that I thought was better than me. I would sit there and feel sorry for myself instead of realizing that I should be admiring and learning from them, and not be jealous of what they are doing. Embrace your unique journey and remember that growth is a deeply personal experience. Each woman’s path is distinct, shaped by her own challenges and triumphs. Comparing yourself to others can overshadow your own progress and achievements. Instead, celebrate every step you take, no matter how small. Trust your timeline and recognize that it’s okay to be on a different path. You are enough, just as you are. Shine bright in your authenticity and let your story inspire others!

Not Everything on Social Media is Real🚫

Social media often presents a curated version of reality, where highlights and achievements are amplified while struggles and setbacks are minimized or hidden altogether. This facade can create a misleading narrative, making it easy to compare our own lives to the seemingly perfect existences of others. However, it’s important to remember that what we see online is often a carefully constructed image, not the full story. By focusing on the successes and lifestyles portrayed on social media, we risk undermining our own unique journeys and accomplishments. Instead of measuring our worth against these filtered snapshots, we should celebrate our individual paths and recognize that everyone faces their own challenges, even if they aren’t visible on their feeds. Embracing authenticity and self-acceptance can lead to a more fulfilling and genuine life, free from the pressures of comparison.
