For my blog I wanted real answers from real life flight attendants, I decided TikTok and Instagram would be the most popular places they would be. So I started to search and reached out to their emails, Instagram’s, and TikTok’s. It was a long process and I’m still trying to find more influencers to talk to. But lets get into the introductions of the great influencers that have agreed to help me so far!

Hannah is originally from Pennsylvania, she has three siblings, including a twin and she works as a nurse and flight attendant! She works with Southwest (I don’t know about you guys but Southwest is my favorite) and had to move her entire life to Chicago because that’s where she’s based and she didn’t want to commute. Although she only knew one person in Chicago, it ended up being great for her because she met amazing people in Chicago! Before Chicago, she was based in Denver and also Baltimore, but Chicago was her first base choice! Hannah will be featured in most if not all posts after this! She was super helpful and flexible with our schedules, make sure you check her out and maybe catch a flight with her!!

Destanie is originally from a small town in northern California, now based in Chicago, her original plan was to become a licensed esthetician and work at a spa close to home, but she decided to become a flight attendant due to financial problems at the end of the pandemic. She was working two jobs but trying to balance that and life just wasn’t working for her. She needed something new. Destanie’s dream was to travel the world and she knew if she became a flight attendant she would be able to have those once-in-a-lifetime experiences. She explained how grateful she is to have this life even though it can be a hard journey and she loves the aspect of family she and the other flight attendants have! Just like Hannah, Destanie will be featured in most if not all blog posts! She was a great help and even gave me other resources to look at for this project and the future! Alyson is originally from Bossier City, Louisiana and is now based in Dallas Fort Worth, Texas. Some fun facts about Alyson, one is she liked to go by Aly, she’s half Canadian because her dad is from Canada, she has 2 siblings and is the youngest, and lastly she has both a cat and a dog that are 18 years old! Aly has wanted to be a flight attendant since she was in the 6th grade, she loved airplanes and traveling, and knew that she wanted to be in aviation! So she started as early as she could and is currently a flight attendant at the age of 19 years old! Aly will be featured just like the others in the next blog posts! Rosie is 34 and a Seattle native. She is a flight attendant but also a content creator. Since she travels so much for work, she loves to be a homebody with her husband and dog. When she is home, she reads, cooks, and scrapbooks. Rosie decided to be a flight attendant initially so that she would maybe move up into corporate. She knew her airline was headquartered locally to her, so she figured she would start at the job she was most qualified for, which was customer service-based. Logan is a Phoenix-based Flight Attendant with Southwest Airlines! She is originally from San Antonio, Texas and just graduated from Northern Arizona University in the summer of 2024. Logan has a love for traveling with my friends and family that my job has enabled me to enjoy wholeheartedly. She loves being a part of the Southwest family because they are so family-oriented. After all, it is the LUV airline she says. Logan has been based in a few different bases, right out of training she was in Las Vegas for 4 months, then went to Denver, and ended up getting an apartment in Arizona, and has been Phoenix-based ever since. Logan was so sweet and super helpful with this project, she gave me a ton of information that will be in future posts! Make sure you check those out and her socials!!

Sarah has a huge passion for all things travel and creative travel videos, she is aspiring to create an online business that will be linked to her social media accounts next month! A fun fact about Sarah is that she used to be in modeling and she almost did that as a career instead. As a kid, she always looked up to flight attendants and loved the idea of anything but a 9-5. She is 26 years old and is the youngest of two older brothers! After doing a little more research (scrolling through her TikTok) I found out she is an Australian Flight attendant!!

Ethan is 22 years old and from North Carolina! Some fun facts about him is that he played soccer for 14 years, and has celiac disease (same)! Ethan’s TikTok page is super funny and informative, it can give future flight attendants some super helpful insight into what they think they need to know. Karen!!
Karen has been a flight attendant for 39 years!! She doesn’t use social media, and I found her through my parents! Karen has been friends with my family for 27 years! One thing you might want to know about Karen is that she loves to dance, she said it doesn’t mean she is good at it, but she loves it. She told me she went to college and tried a few different majors, but didn’t feel passionate about them, and that’s why she decided to become a flight attendant! Karen’s cousin was working for American Airlines at the time and told her they were hiring, She also applied for Delta and United Airlines. I’m so excited to share more about Karen!
