I ain’t gonna lie, I really don’t want to type this article.

But I have to type this one, and another one next week because my college class is requiring me to. After I’m done with this class, I plan to pursue my social media, but leave this website.

Mainly because, I don’t really have anything to write about. I haven’t had an open mic for month, and that is because I’m coming to the end of the semester.

My dad is basically a chinese tiger parent, and if I don’t get A’s, ya boy can’t play.

Anyways, I feel like doing this website is getting to be too much. Even though I barely do anything with it, but now I’m struggling with writer’s block.

So what remedies do I have for writer’s block

Just take a break bro.

Honestly, you have a week where you have nothing creative to input. Maybe the co-workers at your lame ass office job are sick of your shit. So now, after being unable to test new jokes, you have no new material.

So here we are, thinking about something to joke about, when you have tried anything new.

Look, there is not an issue with taking a break for a week. Everyone would rather produce a quality product, than a quantity product in the comedy industry.

Some days, you have nothing to produce, and that is fine. A lot of times, people forget how hard they are working for something they started as a hobby. So don’t do your hobby so much, that it eventually feels like work.

But my bitch ass has a class, so I can’t skip.

So what do I do? Firstly, I’m writing about my writer’s block because I need to submit an assignment.

But what I usually like doing is spending time with my friends. The best break you can give yourself is a night out, with real people.

My friends were the sole reason I started comedy. I always enjoyed their laughter, so why not go back to my roots. But not in a creepy way.

Don’t make friends based on their laughter, and don’t stalk them. You Diddy-ass fuck.

Spending time with the people who I appreciate most always motivates me. And usually, they give me some new ideas to write about.

Especially because they bring up old, embarrassing memories.

But those are still funny, and it reminds you of the good times. I love talking about past experiences with my comedy, even though I’m a young-gun.

Some of my friends some times go stupid. And then you get their stupid thoughts, which are honestly entertaining.

So what is my cure to writer’s block?

Spend some doing something you love. I’m not talking about fucking your friends. I mean, like, play a board game or something. Spend time with friends and family.

You just need to do something that you have enjoyed since you were a kid. Because remembering the past always bring inspiration.
