1. Public Relations Specialist
Public relations specialists focus on creating and maintaining positive images for clients or organizations. In this occupation, you will mostly be dealing with press releases, managing media relations, and developing communication strategies.
2. Public Relations Manager
In this job, you oversee PR campaigns and strategies, connect with teams, and make sure your words align with the goals of the company.
3. Media Relations Manager
Establishes and maintains relationships with journalists and media outlets. They are also responsible for pitching ideas, and interviews, and managing the press to ensure positive media coverage.
4. Social Media Manager
They manage the presence your company has on all social media platforms. They develop content strategies, engage with followers, and study the metrics to increase brand visibility and reputation.
5. Crisis Communications Specialist
They handle all the communication when a crisis breaks out. They also manage the organization’s reputation, develop response plans and communicate key messages to the people.
6. Content Creator/Writer
Focuses more on the writing of the content for all the different social media platforms they might have such as; blogs, press releases, newsletters. You must have strong writing skills and be able to understand your audience.
7. Public Affairs Specialist
Focuses on creating relationships between organizations and the government. This occupation involves lobbying, advocacy, and managing communications related to policy issues.
8. Brand Strategist
A brand strategist develops and puts into play strategies to better a brand’s image and market presence. They conduct research to understand consumer behavior and tailor messaging accordingly.
