- 10 Jumping Jacks:

- How to do a Jumping Jack:
- 15 Squats
- Stand with feet hip-width apart, lower yourself down as if sitting back into a chair, then rise back up.
- Keep your chest up and core tight throughout the movement.
- Complete 15 reps to strengthen your legs and glutes.
- How to do a Squat:
- 10 Push-Ups
- Start in a plank position, with your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
- Lower your chest to the floor, keeping your body in a straight line, then push back up.
- Do 10 push-ups to work your chest, shoulders, and core. Modify with knee push-ups if needed!
- How to do a Push-up:
- 20-Second Plank
- Get into a forearm plank position with elbows under shoulders and body in a straight line.
- Engage your core and hold for 20 seconds, focusing on stability and control.
- This move targets your core, building strength and stability.
