It is an all around one seed Final Four for the first time since 2008 and all of these teams show elite basketball skills. Each team has proved that they are a one seed and either handled their opponent or are good enough to come back. With great talent on every single roster of each of these groups it is sure to be some historic games to rap up this season and Final Four.
Auburn Tigers
The Tigers have obviously been dominant all season. Beating teams that are leading different cofrences to winning top seed away games. They are showing no sign of slowing down at all. With an extra boost for Jhoni brume in not winning player of the year, the are certain to continue to put up a good fight in their possibly final two games. In order to succeed in the final four they must play like veterans, listen to their award winning coach, and dominate defensively. doing those things are sure to make them put up a good fight and raise their chances at winning.
Duke Blue Devils
Duke is on a hot streak of all hot streaks. They have one 31 of their last 32 games the one loss coming in ACC play. they are playing together and strong, which is easy to do with two award winner on your team both coaching and playing. Duke has and always will be a blue blood and is proving their dominance again this year. They are in yet another final four this time with a different coach, but that does not seem to matter given the coach of the year award and tournament appearance. They have been shooting well from the three and if they continue to do so they are a almost impossible team to beat.
Florida Gators
The last time the Gators were in the final four was in 2014. This year however they look amazing. They have arguably the best player in the tournament in Walter Clayton Jr, who has help them cover win after win. Florida has had an incredible season in very difficult SEC play, which gives them perfect practice for the final four. Florida does not shooting amazing from anywhere that stands out, but they have out rebounded every team they have play in tournament play so far. Out rebounding the other team will lead to wins, especially if it leads to second chance points.
Houston Cougars
The cougars have always thrived in March and this year nothing is changing. They are on a roll after just winning the BIG 12 tournament. with great leadership in coaching and old experience in march it explains a-lot why they are doing so well. Their defense in the previous game was absolutely insane and that brought them a near 20 point win. The cougars defense will be a great test in the final four especially against a team like duke. If the cougars get heavy scoring from star player like Jwan Roberts and Lj Cryer, they have a high chance at advancing.
