A company may have clear processes, useful data, and strong goals, but these tools cannot work well if employees do not understand how to use them. For this reason, employee training is an important part of improving operational performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Employee training means helping workers build the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to complete their tasks well.
